FEDERAL ACCOUNT
Contributions made to the federal account are subject to federal contribution limits. The maximum allowable contribution per person is $5,000 per year and $5,000 per year for multi-candidate PAC.
Contributions made to the federal account must be made with personal funds and not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
SUPER PAC
There is no limit on contributions to a Super PAC. Donations from foreign nationals and federal-government contractors will not be accepted.
Contributions made to the Super PAC account are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
